About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy clinical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
📍 Location: Howrah, TAS
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
* Managing appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries
* Processing payments and balancing daily takings
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment
* General administrative and accounts assistance
* Laundry duties
* General Lifeguarding duties
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Confident computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Previous admin or medical reception experience (preferred)
* Previous Lifeguarding experience or qualifications (Highly regarded)
* Experience with practice management software (advantageous)
* Willingness to undertake training in First Aid and Lifeguarding (essential)
