We're growing and currently seeking a Senior Environmental Scientist to join our Brisbane-based team. If you're ready to take on meaningful, diverse projects and work alongside industry-leading professionals, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting development of Mine Closure Plans, Rehabilitation Management Plans, Progressive Rehabilitation and Closure Plans, and other associated closure planning outputs
* Facilitating risk assessments
* Developing completion criteria and associated monitoring plans
* Integrating the findings from our multidisciplinary teams into clear, concise, and useful strategies and plans for our clients
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Planning, or similar
* 7+ years' experience in mine closure, mining approvals or mine engineering
* Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement and report writing skills
* A person who values teamwork and delivers consistently high-quality results
Other Desirable Skills & Experience
* Environmental Management
* Mining or construction background
* Exposure to Queensland environmental and mining legislation
* Spatial / GIS skills

Location: Brisbane-based with occasional short-term site travel
