Key Responsibilities
Partner with agents and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
Manage sales administration processes and compliance
Oversee styling appointments and ensure properties are ready for market
Coordinate marketing content including social media (Instagram & Facebook), photography, and print campaigns
Attend photoshoots, pre-settlement inspections, and marketing appointments
Manage open home and auction pack preparation
Assist with marketing and campaign performance tracking
Organise and manage client gifting to build strong relationships
Lead and support the Junior Administrator/Receptionist
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within real estate
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence in Real Estate
Proficient in Agentbox and Campaigntrack (or similar CRM and marketing platforms)
Strong communication and organisation skills
A team player with a high attention to detail
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
