Technical Director Position
**Job Description:**
A leading security and low voltage contracting company seeks an experienced Technical Manager to oversee, mentor and train security technicians. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security systems, alarms, access control systems, CCTV, public address and other low voltage systems.
The role is suitable for someone passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest products, technology and trends in the market. The business is a market leader that often implements new products and technology first in WA. The incoming candidate will have autonomy to decide on the technical direction of the business in regards to implementing new technologies and products.
Responsibilities include training and coaching junior technicians, troubleshooting and problem-solving technically challenging issues. The successful candidate will liaise with the New Projects Manager and Service Manager to ensure new installations and existing clientele are serviced. They will also be involved with the sales team in discussing design and tender submissions as well as on-site troubleshooting.
