Stamford Plaza Brisbane is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented entry level Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team on a Full-time basis. You will promote the hotel's accommodation and develop valuable relationships with corporate clients and travel agents. Exceptional 5-star service is paramount.
The successful candidate will handle various guest requests, ensure accuracy in reservations using Opera PMS, and work closely with the Revenue Manager on rates and packages. We offer a dynamic environment with food & beverage discounts and complimentary meals.
