Senior Manager – Policy Chapter
See yourself in our team
The Group Policy Chapter sits within the Compliance Centre of Excellence and supports the governance, development and availability of comprehensive and cohesive standardised Policy Documents across the Group, as well as owning key Compliance Policies which apply across CBA. The team ensures our Policy Documents are accessible to the Group and drives continuous improvement of our policy ecosystem.
The team provides a positive experience for users of Compliance Policies, and the GPF. This includes supporting stakeholders in understanding their requirements and delivering the best possible business, risk and end user outcomes.
