**Responsibilities**:
- Repair NCR products (including self-check machines, printers, POS terminals.etc.).
- Documentation of repair procedures and analysis of test results, including failures.
- Bank safe/lock system management (mainly for ANZ and Bendigo Bank), creating open/close keys for NCR customer engineers and bank staff.
- Develop and design maintenance and repair procedures.
- Provide technical support to customer engineers Australia-wide in software and hardware.
- NCR software duplication and distribution Australia-wide.
- NCR customer engineer delivery information database management (regularly updating and maintenance).
- Workshop IT/network maintenance (including computers, printers, test stations, and network devices).
- Work with the retail team, and provide staging service: preload the OS, customer software, and network setup on NCR products or 3rd party devices.
- Work with the project team to make sure tasks are successful and on-time delivery.
- Provide warranty service for NCR retail products (e.g. Coles and McDonald's POS terminal).
- Provide maintenance and backup for the workshop file server.
- Providing training for new team members, including WH&S; repair procedures. etc.
