**The role**: Provide high level technical direction, support and advice to maintain defined enterprise service levels in a number of technical domains supporting numerous Smart Devices Services and administration responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide high quality technical expertise, support for the Smart Devices Services in line with established standards, policies, procedures and ITSM processes.
- Troubleshooting and support of mobile operating systems and associated hardware such as Android and Apple iOS.
- Assist management in the decision-making process and continuous improvement by preparing technical reports, specifications and trend analysis within the unit.
- Manage ICT assets by ensuring relevant information is recorded accurately.
- Administration and support of Enterprise Mobility Management infrastructure and associated messaging technologies.
