About the organisation
Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales.
Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping.
Spatial Services' provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.
About the role
As an Assistant Business Performance Analyst, you will support the organisation's performance management and improvement initiatives by analysing data, generating reports, and dashboard development. You will collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate systems, conduct research, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely reporting in a dynamic environment. You will ensure reporting is provided in a timely manner to support decision-making, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
* Experience in reporting and analytics
Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at 99,938 base plus superannuation
