Role Overview
We are seeking an Experienced LMS Content Creator to design and deliver engaging online learning solutions to support the RevConnect program.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop up to 20 eLearning modules (format and duration agreed with the RevConnect Change Manager).
* Design and build online training content aligned with program requirements.
* Provide a Work Plan within 5 days of commencement, including timeline, key activities, risks/blockers, and recommended solutions.
Scope of Works
* Design and develop eLearning training videos, up to twenty, for external (taxpayers) and internal (Territory Revenue Office) end users of the new RevConnect tax revenue system.
* External eLearning should be of high visual quality and provide an overview of key functions and processes in a modern, easy-to-follow, and user-friendly way.
* Internal eLearning should be interactive (practice key steps in the process) with an assessment upon completion and be compatible with the NT government's online training platform.
* Write and create all required online training for RevConnect external and internal users.
* Define the standards and guidelines for ongoing management of content and catering for future updates.
* Share knowledge and skills within the RevConnect change management delivery team on the development, editing and management of the online training.
* Collaborate with the RevConnect organisational change manager to align learning design and delivery with the RevConnect change management strategy.
* Any other activities necessary for the contractor to support the delivery of the Scope of Services.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in Articulate 360, or similar authoring tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (specifically Moodle), HTML5, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WACG) 2.0.
* Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing online training/support/help systems, including compiling, organising and developing online help applications to support end-users.
* Demonstrated experience in design principles for user interactions and responsive design principles.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively apply document configuration, standards, and guidelines to edit, standardise, and maintain version control of material.
* Demonstrated ability to create, maintain and update training support materials and develop systems to track versions.
* High level written and oral communication skills, communicating complex concepts, selecting language and tone in a way that is easily understood by and appropriate to the target recipients, with excellent attention to detail.
Location
