WorkPac are seeking a confident Senior HR Advisor to join our client’s Human Resources team. This position is available in Perth, Melbourne, or Brisbane and offers an annual salary package ranging from $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per annum. The role involves advising and supporting managers and employees on HR matters, overseeing employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will develop and maintain HR frameworks, policies, and procedures, deliver inductions, training, and awareness programs to staff, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and agreements.
