About the Opportunities
We are currently recruiting for multiple positions across several live and upcoming projects:
- Project Managers
- Project Engineers & Site Engineers
- Supervisors / Forepersons
- Leading Hands
Each role plays a vital part in project delivery - from planning and execution to site supervision and stakeholder coordination. These are permanent positions with reputable civil contractors offering stability, growth, and diverse project exposure.
Key Responsibilities (will vary based on role but may include):
- Leading and coordinating project delivery in line with scope, schedule, and budget
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing on-site teams
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication
- Managing safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
- Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring accurate execution of works
- Conducting site meetings, progress reporting, and risk assessments
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
What You Need to Succeed:
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction (degree or trade, depending on role)
- Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects (roads, earthworks, drainage, subdivisions)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality management systems
- Valid Construction White Card & Driver's Licence
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tools (e.g. MS Project, Aconex, or similar)
- Engineering or construction software experience (advantageous)
