About the Role
As a Contact Centre Consultant at Mike Carney Toyota, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Whether it's helping with service bookings, answering inquiries or providing expert advice, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Your job will be varied and exciting; no two days are ever the same!
What You'll Be Doing
* Answering calls – friendly voice of the brand, ensuring smooth customer experience and meeting team KPIs.
* Service bookings and inquiries – schedule service appointments, provide cost estimates and upsell services with clear, transparent communication.
* Data integrity – maintain accurate customer details in our system for seamless interactions.
* Team collaboration – work closely with your team to meet goals, cover shifts during breaks and ensure smooth operation.
* Daily administration – manage emails, follow-ups and parts lists while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
