Customer Service Manager / Head of Client Services

Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver a world‐class customer experience as the driving force of our brand promise.
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the Customer Service and Account Management teams across multiple sites.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the wider business to promote continuous improvement in customer experience and operational excellence.
* Lead, mentor, and develop team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
* Conduct training, performance management, and roster planning for the team.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in a similar people‐management position.
* Experience managing small teams of 2–5 people.
* Experience in large or complex operations businesses.
* Knowledge of warehouse CRM, ticketing systems, and WMS.
* Experience with 3PL warehousing.
* Advanced Excel and mathematical skills.
* Advanced communication skills in customer‐facing and staff management.
* Strong attention to detail, quality, and efficiency.
