Join one of Australia's leading specialist e‐commerce 3PL providers as our new CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER / HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICES looking after a diverse account management structure for a wide range of existing customers and supporting all their daily and ongoing needs.

Immediate Start

Role available due to internal transfer, support and training from the existing manager

Support and Guidance from the senior leadership team, but develop the autonomy to work alone

Next3pl is a market leader in supplying end‐to‐end 3rd Party Logistics Solutions to some of the leading retailers in the Australian and international markets. We are currently seeking an experienced and professional person to join our team as our next:

Customer Service Manager / Head of Client Services

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver a world‐class customer experience as the driving force of our brand promise.
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the Customer Service and Account Management teams across multiple sites.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the wider business to promote continuous improvement in customer experience and operational excellence.
* Lead, mentor, and develop team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
* Conduct training, performance management, and roster planning for the team.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in a similar people‐management position.
* Experience managing small teams of 2–5 people.
* Experience in large or complex operations businesses.
* Knowledge of warehouse CRM, ticketing systems, and WMS.
* Experience with 3PL warehousing.
* Advanced Excel and mathematical skills.
* Advanced communication skills in customer‐facing and staff management.
* Strong attention to detail, quality, and efficiency.
