**TEN Recruitment **have teamed up with a highly regarded company in the Civil Construction sector to recruit for an enthusiastic, organised and well-presented
**Receptionist**. In this role, the successful applicant would be the focal point for clients, managing a busy switchboard, dealing with queries, appointments and all other reception duties. This is a full-time, permanent position based in a Perth office location.
Previous experience in the Construction industry will be well regarded.
The position is fulltime Monday - Friday and located in Osborne Park.
The role duties include:
- Answer and direct all calls in a professional manner;
- Greeting clients and suppliers upon arrival and direct them to the relevant meeting rooms;
- Provide coffee and tea to clients and suppliers;
- Organising mail and ordering couriers for the company;
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies;
- General administration duties using Microsoft office;
- Multitasking a range of duties; and
- Assisting administrative departments where required.
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar roles;
- Front of House experience;
- Customer Service skills; and
- Ability to work unsupervised.
