Allstone specializes in supplying natural stone from around the world for commercial and domestic building applications.
We serve architects, engineers, builders, landscapers, interior designers, and private clients Australia-wide.
About the role:
As the first point of contact for our customers—whether face-to-face, by phone, or email—you will provide a personalized, solution-focused selection experience in our design studio.
You are passionate about natural stone and design, and you take pride in delivering high-quality advice and customer service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Consulting with clients to select natural stone products that complement their projects.
Providing advice on stone products, sealers, and materials.
Providing takeoffs and quotations.
Delivering first-class customer service at all times.
Skills and experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or service industry with building and design products.
Experience working with inventory and MS Office IT systems.
Ability to read and interpret building plans, and provide take-offs and quotations (preferred).
Background in interior design, landscaping, or exposure to the building trade (preferred).
Commitment to learning and delivering excellent interior and exterior solutions.
High energy level and enthusiasm for work.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Availability to work 3 days during the week and Saturday mornings.
