The ICT team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless digital operations across the campus, supporting both staff and students. Your new role We are currently seeking a Level 1 ICT Support Technician to join the team on a contract until the end of Jan 2026. This role involves providing technical support across hardware, software, and network systems, with a strong focus on maintaining service continuity and minimising disruption to teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 support to staff and students Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across hardware, software, and networks Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership of service requests Maintain and update ticketing systems and documentation Align work with service level agreements and ICT policies Participate in proactive and project work during school holidays What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field (preferred) ITIL Foundation certification (strongly encouraged) Prior experience in a support role Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with Mac systems (80% user base) and Windows (20%) Excellent time management and attention to detail Experience in an education environment is a plus.
