Required Skills and Qualifications
A proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably within a call centre or similar environment. Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of energy efficiency, trades, or related industries is desirable.
