Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the centre in line with Imagine's policies and procedures Oversee compliance with all regulations Mentor and inspire your team to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children and families within a child-safe environment Foster lasting connections with our families and the local community Along with the Educational Leader and 2IC, oversee excellence in educational practice Qualifications Experience as an Early Childhood Centre Director A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification Thorough understanding of the EYLF, NQF, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and commitment to upholding these Commitment to creating and upholding a child-safe environment Commitment to promoting child safety and protection as the foremost priority Current NSW Working With Children Check Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication High level of initiative and a commitment to ongoing learning To apply, please send your resume and cover letter via "Apply for this job" through SEEK.
