About The Role
* Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective account management and strategic planning.
* Develop and implement plans to target the academic and research community, focusing on innovative solutions in the Biotechnology or Biopharmaceutical supply sectors.
* Drive the adoption of cutting-edge solutions into clinical to commercial bioprocessing workflows.
* Partner with customers to support their therapeutic pipelines, from early-stage discovery through to scale-up and manufacturing.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and applications specialists to deliver customer success.
* Represent the company at industry events across ANZ.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasting.
About You
* Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, or related field (higher qualification advantageous).
* At least 3 years of experience in field sales within the life sciences, preferably with exposure to laboratory or process-based environments.
* Strong understanding of bioprocessing, fermenters, bioreactors, cell culture media, and advanced therapeutics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand.
