Role Description

This is a part‐time, on‐site role based in Gold Coast, QLD for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing high‐level personal and administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling and managing appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and assisting in day‐to‐day operations. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing

* Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance tasks
* Strong skills in Diary Management and scheduling
* Experience in arranging detailed Travel Itineraries and making Travel Arrangements
* Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Monitoring and tracking KPIs and financial performance across the Group of Companies
* Assisting with financial administration

What We're Looking For

This role will suit someone who is switched on, reliable, and comfortable working closely with a business owner.

* High‐level discretion – you'll be handling sensitive business and personal information
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Tech‐savvy – confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Xero)
* Proactive mindset – you solve problems before they become problems
* Ability to manage competing priorities without constant direction
* Minimum 5 years of relevant industry ex experience required
* Preferred background would accounts/admin and or finance support

Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–3:00pm | Friday: 9:00am–2:00pm

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (pro rata)
