We are seeking a skilled leader to manage our retail bakery in Bendigo.

This is a leadership opportunity that will see you lead the Bendigo business as if it's your own. You will be driven to deliver excellent service and quality products and are accustomed to taking the lead for your team. You will be the face of the business, and your leadership and organisational skills should stand you apart from others.
Your commitment to maintaining the standards of the operation and your continuous improvement mindset will stand you in good stead as you oversee daily operations of retail operations, staff rostering, inventory management and quality control. Ideally, your background in hospitality will ensure you bring comprehensive OH&S capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage both labour costs and revenue growth alongside the executive leadership team of the business.
* Oversee budgeting and financial management including purchasing, wages, and waste.
* Develop organisation-wide initiatives and report on goals and targets.
You will work closely with the executive leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive success.
Benefits
This role offers a salary at $75,000 - $80,000 and the autonomy to manage a venue of your own, without night shifts.
