This pivotal position is part of a major maritime program, where you will lead a team of logistics professionals and oversee the development of integrated support systems aligned with engineering and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of logistics engineers, officers, and contractors across Australia and internationally.
* Oversee technical outputs, including SSSPECs, UUPs, and LCC documents, ensuring compliance with defence standards.
* Conduct detailed analyses, such as FMECA, RCM, and LORA, to support logistics strategies.
* Drive collaboration across engineering, training, and technical documentation teams.
* Track performance and risk, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.
* Champion continuous improvement, optimising tools, processes, and supportability strategies.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Reliability, or Engineering Logistics.
* At least 7 years' experience in logistics or reliability engineering in complex project environments.
* Proven team leadership experience, with strong people management skills.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
* Sound understanding of marine systems, shipbuilding, or defence platforms.
* Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and using logistics analysis tools.
