About the OPPORTUNITY
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our Hunter Class Line of Business.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Co-ordinator will develop, build, and set to work the Maintenance Management System (MMS) for the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP).
Key responsibilities include:
* Load MMS with maintenance tasks linked to maintenance item(s).
* Liaise with Supply Chain, Warehousing and Quality Assurance regarding the schedule for receipt of items and determine if associated maintenance is required.
* Plan the short term and long term maintenance activities in the MMS.
* Coordinate with Test & Commissioning and Warehousing the conduct of maintenance.
* Record maintenance in the MMS.
* Deliver the maintenance records to the CoA, prior to ship delivery.
About YOU
* Tertiary qualification - Diploma, formal trade or technical certificate qualification in Engineering and/or equivalent industry experience.
* Demonstrated experience in the technical review and reporting of assessment data.
* Experience in the operation and/or maintenance of those systems in a defence or related technical industry (highly desirable).
* Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
* Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) Regulations.
