We're building systems that help great people do their best work.
What you'll build (real examples)
* Automated reporting pulling from Meta / Google / GA4 / CRM into insights-ready outputs
* Integrations between platforms (APIs, webhooks, auth, data sync)
* Workflow automation for account delivery (alerts, QA checks, approvals, task triggers)
* Lightweight internal dashboards (visibility + accountability)
* Practical AI tools (summaries, classification, draft insights, QA checks)
Phase 2 gets more "agentic" as we mature — but we start with useful automation first.
What your day might look like
* Mapping a messy workflow with a strategist
* Building the integration
* Shipping it
* Monitoring it
* Rinse and repeat, with increasing ownership as you prove what you can ship.
What success looks like
30 days: ship your first automation into production (with logging)
60 days: replace one full manual process end-to-end (save measurable hours)
90 days: own a small suite of automations + dashboard visibility + docs
The ideal candidate has
* 2–3 years building real things (Python or JS/TS)
* API + webhook experience (auth, JSON, REST)
* Basic database skills (Postgres/MySQL)
* Comfort with async jobs/events (or keen to learn fast)
* A practical mindset: you ship, iterate, and improve reliability
* Can work with non-technical people without making it painful
Nice-to-haves
* React, Docker/cloud basics, n8n/Zapier/Make, LLM API exposure.
* Strong salary + real ownership
* Greenfield build role (no legacy swamp)
* Direct access to founders / fast decisions
* In-office energy + good coffee + team lunches
* A genuinely fast learning curve
