The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible for achieving the store's financial targets and KPIs, with a focus on delivering a warm and genuine customer service experience. The position also involves building a team capable of exceeding expectations and overseeing the David Jones and Myer Chermside concession locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and profit, ensuring all KPIs are met
* Provide inspirational leadership, training, and development for the team
* Lead with strong people management skills
* Maintain commercial awareness of store performance
* Manage costs effectively
* Create a customer-centric culture with excellent service
* Adhere to company policies and procedures
The Ideal Candidate will have
* Experience managing high-turnover, multi-site retail fashion stores
* A passion for retail, exceptional service skills, and personal style
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create efficient rosters
* Experience in profit management with a commercial mindset
* Experience leading large teams in training and performance management
* Skills to drive team productivity
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, including with senior leadership
