As a Solar Sales Advisor at DQ Electrical Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company's solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers across Adelaide, SA. This full-time position will see you engaging with potential clients, assessing their energy needs, and providing tailored recommendations to help them transition to renewable power. What you'll be doing
1. Actively engaging with potential customers to understand their energy requirements and pain points
2. Conducting site assessments to determine the optimal solar energy system for each customer's needs
3. Preparing detailed proposals and quotes for solar installations, including information on system size, expected energy generation, and cost savings
4. Providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the sales process and addressing any questions or concerns
5. Collaborating with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation
6. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
7. Actively contributing to the company's sales targets and growth initiatives
What we're looking for
