About the Opportunity
As the Nurse Manager for ED, Acute, and Aged Care at Hay Hospital, you will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team and oversee the operational and clinical functions of the service.
This role offers operational autonomy, strong local leadership support, and the opportunity to shape service delivery in a rural environment.
You will:
* Provide clinical and professional leadership to ensure safe, evidence-based, high-quality care
* Oversee governance including incidents, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement
* Lead service planning, workforce coordination, and resource management
* Drive quality outcomes through audits, patient feedback, and staff engagement
* Model MLHD's CORE values and foster a positive, accountable team culture

About You
You will bring:
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Leadership experience in a clinical or managerial role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A commitment to quality, safety, and person-centred care
