National Sales Coordinator Full-Time | On-site | Consumer Goods / Retail Supply We’re partnering with a well-established Australian supplier to major national retailers to recruit a proactive National Sales Coordinator. This role supports a high-performing sales team across submissions, product administration, coordination and retail partner engagement. It’s ideal for someone organised, commercially minded and confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. About the Role The National Sales Coordinator will play a hands-on role in preparing retailer submissions, managing product information, coordinating timelines, and supporting key account activity across major national customers. You’ll work closely with the sales team, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and commercially aligned execution across all sales processes. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a desire to grow within a commercial sales and product environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate submissions, costings, tenders and sell-in documentation Manage retailer portals, product data, item setup, pricing updates and compliance information Support the planning and execution of range reviews and presentations Liaise with suppliers, buyers and internal teams to manage samples, timelines and product information Assist with sales and marketing content, product materials and internal documentation Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth sales operations Track and maintain key commercial information relating to product, pricing and retail programs Support broader brand, event and promotional activity when required Skills & Experience Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to work across suppliers, buyers and internal teams Commercially aware with an understanding of costings, pricing and margins Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment Experience in a sales coordination, buying, merchandise or marketing support role preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems or product portals beneficial Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn Category experience is not required — mindset and capability are what matters Why This Opportunity?
