About the Sous Chef Role
As our
Sous Chef
, you'll play a key role in leading the kitchen team and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and service. You'll supervise day-to-day operations, mentor junior chefs, drive consistency across all sections, and contribute to menu development while maintaining high culinary standards and cost controls.
Key Responsibilities (all levels)
Manage and support kitchen sections appropriate to your role.
Deliver high culinary standards with strong attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and managing food costs.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
