ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high‐quality engagement activities that strengthen member connection and support sustainable growth. Working closely with the Member Engagement team, Regional Manager and stakeholders across CA ANZ, you will help deliver initiatives that enhance the member value proposition through events, communications and regional engagement activities. This is a parental leave cover opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working collaboratively, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver member engagement activities by supporting the regional member engagement strategy and contributing to high‐quality initiatives and events
* Coordinate events end‐to‐end, including registrations, systems setup, evaluation processes, budgets, supplier liaison and on‐site delivery
* Support communications and promotion, working with marketing and digital teams to deliver campaigns and social engagement
* Build strong stakeholder relationships with members, committees, internal teams and external partners
* Provide regional office support, including member enquiries, Salesforce case management, reporting and local communications
* Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and identifying opportunities to enhance member experience and engagement
ABOUT YOU
* Experience in event coordination, member services, service delivery or similar roles
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Confident communicator who builds positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
* A practical, solutions‐focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working with systems, data and reporting tools
* Flexible, adaptable and collaborative, with a willingness to support broader team initiatives
