Requirements of the role include:
Sample logging and preparation.
Microscopic and macroscopic based analysis of various samples for fungal and other particulate.
Data entry and reporting.
Maintenance of QA/QC procedures.
A willingness to contribute your unique skill set to future business developments.
The ideal candidate:
Tertiary qualifications in microbiology or related discipline. Mycology and/or Aerobiology knowledge will be highly regarded, but not essential as all training will be provided to the suitable applicant.
Experience working within an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory environment will be advantageous.
Ability to work both autonomously, as well as in a small team.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Excellent communication skills - all team members are expected to be able to perform in client-facing roles when required.
