Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to establishing new companies and trusts, ensuring high standards of governance and compliance.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in company secretarial roles with exposure to listed or unlisted investment structures.
* Strong drafting skills for Board minutes and supporting governance frameworks.
* Proficiency with entity management systems.
