Phone Repair Service Coordinator
The Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team as a Mobile Device Repair Claims coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing and processing repair warranty & service claims.
These service claims relate to damaged devices which need to be repaired either through our in-house mail in service or through third party repair stores within our network.

Tasks & Responsibilities
The role will include the following:
* Coordinating mail in repairs with customers in AU & NZ
* Coordinating third party repairs for customers located around AU & NZ
* Customer service tasks through ticketing systems, email and other relevant platforms
* Working alongside our in-house technicians to administrate and quote on repair jobs
* Provide technical support to customer service agents in relation to current service claims
* Quality Control of repaired and replacement devices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
