We're looking for an experienced Client Services Officer / Office Administrator to join our friendly, professional team at WLW Group in Burleigh Heads.

The Role

This is a key position within the firm. You will support the directors and accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations and high client service standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing client and compliance documents, including ATO lodgement support

Managing billing, invoicing, WIP monitoring and debtor follow-up

Supervising documentation, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters

Overseeing firm workflow, productivity, and client satisfaction

Managing HR processes, employee appraisals, and record retention systems

Supporting directors and the team to ensure smooth practice operations

This role suits someone who enjoys accountability, structure, and being relied upon.

About You

You will have:

Administration experience in an accounting or professional services environment

Experience liaising with the ATO

Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and practice management tools

Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail

A proactive, calm, solutions-focused approach
