We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Store Manager. This role requires someone who can engage kids and teens by creating memorable shopping experiences.

About the Role:

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years+ experience working as a successful retail Store Manager
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs
* A natural leader connected to the learning and development of an engaged team
* The ability to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge
* A larger-than-life personality to connect with customers
