Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled office manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

* Reception duties including greeting clients, handling phone calls, and managing the flow of paperwork
* Administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and filing
* Financial management including accounts payable and receivable, banking, and debtors
* Maintenance of supplier relationships, inventory control, and liaison with contractors


About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 3 years experience in office management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
