Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of staff coordination, training, orientation and development across the network
* Leadership of safe, responsive and efficient dispensing and distribution services for inpatients and outpatients
* Expert clinical, operational and professional guidance across pharmacy functions
* Provision of trusted medicines-related advice aligned with SA Health guidelines, legislation and departmental policies

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Extensive pharmacy expertise supported by a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and registration eligibility
* Advanced competence across hospital pharmacy practice, quality improvement and evidence-based service delivery
* Proven leadership and management strength, including experience guiding multidisciplinary teams
* Exceptional communication and professional skills, including collaboration, teaching and mentoring others
* Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capability, including research, data analysis and financial management
