In this position, you will have the opportunity to bring your skills and knowledge to provide well-presented, nutritional meals for our residents, creating a good food and dining experience. Developing your growth within the industry, you will manage all aspects of catering and food production, including supervision of catering staff.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar, or extensive cooking experience in a commercial environment
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with demonstrated interpersonal skills and empathy with older people
* Demonstrated experience in the preparation of bulk cooking
* Ensure the food service complies with the requirements of the NSW Food Authority
* Experience in ordering stock within budget guidelines
* Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
