What Your Experience Might Look Like
Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience in a customer-focused environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment, managing time-sensitive tasks effectively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with proven experience in data entry and compliance with procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use in-house databases and systems to manage and process work efficiently.
Desirable
Local Government experience including knowledge of relevant Acts, Local Laws, Regulations and Codes.
