Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Tech Sales
The VP Tech Sales will be a member of a agile team driving growth of digital solutions in a prioritized portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor in establishing relationships and assisting clients in thinking through challenging business opportunities.
- Proactively create, identify, and develop opportunities in Application Management, Application Development, Modernization, Quality Assurance, Data, AI, Cyber, etc.
- Provide domain and digital solution expertise and support to internal teams.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional Genpact teams to assess and scope new opportunities.
- Expand Genpact's positioning in the market by helping develop new offerings and thought leadership marketing.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Leaders with deep domain and proven knowledge and experience in Technology and Data/AI sales.
- Industry experience and relationships in Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets firms.
- Experience and comfort carrying a sales, booking, and margin target.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Deep expertise in one or more specific industry vertical of banking & financial services.
- Experience in driving front, middle, back-office transformation in Banking.
- Experienced in applying groundbreaking technologies to solving business problems and transformation service solutions.
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000.
