Job Overview
The Senior Learning Solutions Developer is responsible for leading the development of training solutions to support our Training Capability. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning outcomes.
This position requires coordinating new platform training support plans, managing subject matter expert input to capture teams on large training system integration opportunities, and contributing to improving business efficiency by balancing productivity, quality of training delivered, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing comprehensive training solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders
* Leading cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs
* Coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
* Strong experience in training management systems, preferably ADF desired
* Experience working under an RTO framework
* Relevant experience in leading large-scale training development projects

Security Clearance
A SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance is required for this position. Ideally, you will already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
