Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Australian Building Company VIC, your responsibilities will include:
* Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions;
* Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets;
* Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations; and
* Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

The successful candidate will have:
* Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential.
* A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities.
* Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills.
* You will have a great attitude and passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and services.
* Well developed organizational and client management capabilities.
* Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
Based at our Ballarat display, you must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations.
Weekend work is essential.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
