Financial Operations Manager
The Financial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of the Construction Division. The primary responsibility is to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements for executive review
* Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve company objectives
* Oversee day-to-day divisional finances, including budgeting and forecasting
* Supervise a team of accounting professionals
* Manage month/quarter/year-end close processes for the division
* Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for presentation to the executive team
* Collaborate with project managers and engineers on project budgeting and cost control
* Travel to job sites as needed to ensure financial operations are aligned with company goals
* Prepare and review financial journal entries
* Support corporate with internal and external audits, ensuring data security and integrity
Authorities:
* Full authority to perform duties, with consultation required for matters such as deviation from normal processes or company interests
Requirements:
* Experience with SAP software beneficial
* Proficiency with MS Office Suites essential
