About this role

We currently seeking a full-time entry level Administration Assistant to join the dynamic team in our Townsville office. In this pivotal in-office position involves crucial administrative and customer service support to our highly skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Your responsibilities will include

* Assisting finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
* Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
* Support the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required

We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and ready to contribute to our team. Ideal candidates will possess

* Motivated school leaver who is eager to learn and willingness " to give things a go"
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* A positive attitude, team-player mentality, and strong interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn quickly our internal financial software systems
