5. Work closely with other departments to drive performance and efficiency.
6. Use data insights to improve fleet productivity and reduce downtime.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in fleet, logistics, or transport operations management.
* Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent planning, communication, and decision-making ability.
* Proficiency with transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
