About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled procurement professional to provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and work closely with our Production, Sourcing and Quality teams.
The successful candidate will be based at our Melbourne Fulfilment Centre in Altona North (VIC 3025) and will be responsible for providing all required materials to all Fulfilment Centres across Australia in the right quantity, in the right location and at the right time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality purchasing services to internal stakeholders.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, production and operations teams.
* Supporting the creation and development of purchasing tools and systems.
* Gathering and analysing data to improve purchasing efficiency and accuracy.
* Analysing inventory and stock levels to ensure business processes are executed as designed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in the industry.
* Ability to develop and plan efficient ordering processes.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Google Data Studio.
* Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Collaborator who works well across teams and functions.
