Retail Manager – Soul Origin Hornsby, Hornsby NSW 2077 | $75,000–$80,000 per year + Super | Full Time (approx 38 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee product selection, stock levels, and customer service quality.
* Implement promotions, set competitive prices, and drive sales growth.
* Lead local marketing efforts and advertising initiatives to attract customers.
* Assist customers with product choices and enhance their experience.
* Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions while managing budgets effectively.
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
* Ensure adherence to workplace safety, hygiene, and food industry regulations.
Qualifications
* Atleast 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR management.
* Certificate or diploma in retail management will be preferred.
* Strong leadership, sales, and business skills.
* Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and team performance.
* Passion for customer service and food quality.
