We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Health Information Services Clerk to join our team at Epworth HealthCare.

* Scanning of paper-based medical records into our Digital Medical Record System is a critical responsibility in this role.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required when responding to record requests and answering telephone enquiries.
* In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, scanning and re-directing mail, as well as performing general department administration duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess sound computer skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
