We are seeking a skilled HR Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR advice and guidance on processes and systems.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for on-boarding new starters, providing high-quality advice and support for employees and line managers, delivering exceptional customer service experiences, and generating timely and accurate reporting for HR and management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Previous experience in workplace relations and/or HR generalist roles
* Experience in using SAP applications (SuccessFactors)
